Using Docstar ECM with Office 365

Description: Office 365 does not seem to be working properly after setting up the SMTP settings.

Solution:
In order to use Microsoft Office 365 with DocStar ECM for outbound emails you must have the Outlook client downloaded. Please see Microsoft article for more info on this.
