Decription: The 6240z requires different ISIS drivers from the regular 6240.

Software version: This affects all versions.

Process:

1. Navigate to http://imagescanner.fujitsu.com/global/dl/win-10-fi-6x40z.html
   
   
2. Click Download on the ISIS type driver.
   
   

3. Click the Download Link
   
   
   

    

4. Run the Installer.
   
   
   

5. Reboot your computer.
